Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Holidays Yatra, we value your travel plans and aim to provide complete transparency.
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellations made 30 days before the trip: 90% refund of the total amount. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Holidays Yatra:
In case of tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, etc.), full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable. For any cancellation request, please email us at info@holidaysyatra.com with your booking details.
