Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Holidays Yatra, we value your travel plans and aim to provide complete transparency regarding your payments.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation Timeline	Refund Percentage
30 Days or more before the trip	80% Refund
15 – 29 Days before the trip	50% Refund
Less than 15 Days before the trip	No Refund (0%)

*Note: Third-party services (Flight/Helicopter) follow their own specific cancellation rules.

2. Cancellation by Holidays Yatra

In case of tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, government restrictions, or natural calamities), a Full Refund will be issued or an Alternative Date will be offered as per your convenience.

3. Refund Process

Processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunded to the original payment method.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
