The terms and conditions outlined in this document govern the use of holidaysyatra.com. Unless specified otherwise, "You" or "Customer" refers to the person booking the tour. "We", "Us", or "Company" refers to Holidays Yatra. "Suppliers" include hotels, airlines, and transport providers.

Disclaimer

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our brochures and website, we are not responsible for typographic or printing errors. Pictures of destinations and food are for representation only; actual services may vary based on weather, road conditions, and availability.

Changes in Itinerary

Holidays Yatra reserves the right to modify the itinerary before or during the trip due to Force Majeure events (weather, strikes, festivals, or technical issues). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Full cooperation is expected from participants in accepting such circumstantial changes.

Online Booking Terms

By booking online, you agree to our privacy policy and terms. While we use modern security techniques for payments, we do not guarantee against network errors or server downtime during the booking process.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation Timeline Refund Percentage
30 Days or more before the trip 20% Refund
15 – 29 Days before the trip 50% Refund
Less than 15 Days before the trip No Refund (0%)

*Note: Third-party services (Flight/Helicopter) follow their own specific cancellation rules.

Liabilities & Limitations

  • Rates are based on current negotiations. Any hike in govt taxes or fuel will be charged extra.
  • We are not liable for losses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, or political closures.
  • Travel Insurance: Holidays Yatra does not provide insurance. We strongly advise customers to buy insurance from their home country.
